uh, yea, 25% of KI is K. not a lot but could be enough to slow you down. do you check your BP through the day? at lunch at the pharmacy? youre playing with fire with big pharma. all bets are off till you get human again.

if youre drinking enough water the salt is not a problem.

im not telling you what to do but my god, if you havent been on those bp meds very long you can get off of them right away. neither of us knows the full extent of the damage they can and in your case have already caused.

its your call.
