Hello! I am new to curezone forums. I am 52 years old, obese and female. Not quite yet in menopause. I am been juice fasting for for about 13 years now twice a year around the spring and fall equinox. These are generally juice fasts, I drink tea, Kombucha tea, the power lemonade(lemons/maple syrup, cayenne), broth, and green superfoods blends which I mix with psyllium and clay as a cleansing drink. It has worked pretty good.I am aware I need to lose a lot of weight, but I think i would be in worse shape if I didn't fast.

The last few fasts I have been on, my vision got blurry a few days into the fast. My prescription glasses become useless and I have to get extremely strong reading glasses from the drug store. my regular glasses are like +225, and i have to get +350 or even +375. My vision improves when I start eating again. I am looking on advice as to what supplement do I need so my vision is not compromised. (I don't have a car right now so I don't drive so not worries about vision problems during driving).
