i read the following article on Dr Wilson's website which is very critical of Krill oil and Dr Mercola.

its written quite well and his conclusions sound very convincing and scientific.

the reason i ask is cause i just ordered some Krill oil but then after read this article it leaves me thinking that perhapse its a lot more hype then fact.

i'm thinking of returning it but i wanted to c if u guys know something this author doesn't know.


and on a different topic which forum would i go to for questions on lowing/Omega 6 and balancing 6 and 3?
