A few, but that was not the objective. The important point of this test is: "How effective is each zapper as a broad band antibiotic?" because this is what Dr. Clark claimed.
As it turns out, a single frequency only kills some species of microbes. Two frequencies kills a few more.
10 to 12 frequencies will provide a good broad band in many cases.
This gives the potential user a choice. Either use a single frequency or a dual frequency zapper for a period of time and possibly get rid of something that is causing problems or use 10 to 16 frequencies over a couple of hours and have a higher degree of confidence in success.
As for testing for specific microbes? An independent study and a report costs roughly $10,000 US for a half dozen pathogens in media.
A minimum human test on a single microbe done in a third world laboratory costs about $50,000 US.
