Along with what everyone else has to add.... I would like to suggest the overuse of antibiobic and the increase in Depression and other modern ailments...

In the case of depression.. Antibiotics deplete magnesium and also kill good bacteria which makes some of the B vitamins...

A yeast overgrowth also causes toxins to pour into the individual causing a host of disruptions, and inflamations within the body..

I would also like to strongly suggest going to www.drugawareness.org and purchasing the CD's by Dr. Ann Blake Tracy "Help I can't get off my Anti-Depressant"...

In it you will find that we have known since the turn of the century that Depression and other mental illness are Sugar related.

That Anti depressants theory is flawed and causes more harm to the body than we are being told...

If you can not purchase the CD... then go to www.paxilprogress.org. search for "tracy" and find the thread with the notes from the CD's.
