It's kind of funny because my GP was the one who recommended things like Vitamin D, B complex, and asked me if I was getting enough Iodine in my diet.

I think many people are afraid to take Iodine because they tried it before and had a bad experience with it (probably because they forgot to take the cosupplements. That's what happened in my case). The same with Vitamin D3, it used to make my kidneys ache terribly because I forgot to take the cosupplements magnesium and Vitamin K.
