Are you losing muscle mass? I used to weigh 115 lb (I had a lot of lean muscle back then, before my hypothyroidism became really bad and I started atrophying) and now I weigh 107; I lost weight because I lost the muscle but gained fat in its place, which is why I look less skinny now but weigh less at the same time.
