Thank you all for the support and encouragement.

Day 1 again. I know from the past 3 days I can breeze by the day. I think I'll go for a late night stroll to avoid the night time loss of control. Like I said, it's not even hunger, it's mental. Aside from clensing my body I really want to beat the mental part and become in control of myself and eating habits.
