Oh. :c Maybe Lugols did make you worse. When I took it (without the co-supplement), it had no effect other than fill my thyroid with iodine, which was unpleasant since I almost choked lol. I guess we all react to it differently. I'm hoping the selenium would do the trick in making Iodine go where it's supposed to go while flushing out the excess.

I started feeling much better after taking Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin D3. Now I have a lot more energy; the only problem is I still have feel cold when it's not even that cold, I'm still losing hair, and I haven't beaten back the candida overgrowth. Which is why I'm trying Lugols again, but this time with selenium.
