Yes these things do happen on occasion. I find adding 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt allows me to retain the Coffee-Enema much longer without any cramping or other issues. Sounds like you a had a panic/anxiety attack. Some people experience this when getting rid of parasites. I think I felt something similar when I started CEs early on. As you clean out and become less toxic you should start to feel a lot better.
