going by what you said it will provide MORE than the minimum, which is what youre shooting for. i would give anyone a gram of SSKI first dose. it wont hurt you. its actually very good for you.

most important is selenium and boron with vitamin c being a no brainer. salt is real important. but mainly the iodine. i took Iodine as my only supplement for the first almost two years i have been taking it. nothing but good results. big, positive benefits. but i had been cleansing and flushing and fasting for years before that. it makes all the difference in the world.
