I'm pretty sure I've dumped a lot of my toxic load, but somethings you can't get rid of until the Iodine forces it out.
I'm hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Either way, it needs to be done.
So, 3 full droppers of the 7% should get me to around 100mg?
I have to go re-read the cosupplement dosing schedule... i only have selenium and magnesium (plus msm, centrum multivitamin/mineral, extra D3 & Coq10) it's getting confusing trying to remember to take everything and space it out.
