I don't think its a cure all either... but its probably a huge missing piece of my total health puzzle. I don't really have a lot of symptoms that point to one particular thing... so I do believe adequate amounts of what my body needs and I've been neglecting to give it should help. And if not... then its on to something else. Whether or not it's a cure, it's still needed.
