I mainly wanted to second Dez's suggestion to you that you include vitamin C in your health regimen. "For my money," I would make it a Bowel Tolerance dose daily [in as many divided dose as was practicable] per this article by a medical doctor http://vitamincfoundation.org/www.orthomed.com/titrate.htm.
