That is a large stone and I guess there are more to come. Your description indicates to me that you have Gallstones and these cause distress while they are coming out because they also cause inflammation in the gallbladder and bile ducts. CGC is excellent but you need to take plenty; the maximum dose. It relaxes the smooth muscles in the bile ducts and reduces inflammation.

The liver is responsible for controlling hormones associated with menstruation and liver diseases are known to change the cycle, amount of bleeding etc. A liver that is impeded by congestion will cause similar problems.

Other signs of obstructed bile ducts are dark urine and clay stools.
