You say it's all done spiritually, but I don't know why it would have to be. I mean, if Todd Bentley kicks old ladies in the face with his biker boot, and he does that because he says God tells him to do that, why not resort to other kinds of violence? What would stop them from that if they get big enough and strong enough?
