Penners, I have similar doubts as you. I'm just on my 5th flush and sometimes I don't know if they really do something in the long term. I am 100% sure they do something in the short term, I can experience it. However I don't know if there will be long lasting effects. For me it's early to say so. Let's see.

I've read so many good testimonies from people all around the world that it's difficult to believe it's placebo or a scam. Or at least it isn't for the ones whose problems were in the liver/gb. Maybe yours ain't. Maybe mine ain't either. Only time and flushes will tell.

You have at least two very active and knowledgeable people right on this thread who believe it works and whose live has been changed by it. Hanna and Telman.

And no, I guess that if you mix treatments (I'm not saying it's bad) you won't know what changes each.
