May be someone else can help you but I don't have an answer. After being here for years I can say the people who did not feel well were often dehydrated. Clark says nothing after 2 pm but Andreas Moritz suggests drinking water till about 30 minutes before the ES. With my
first flush I drank Alka Seltzer GOLD (no aspirine)as suggested by Dr.Kelley's flush. Some people add ginger juice to the oil mix.

EDIT: may be you can try a different oil
