dont know enough about that to share. i just go with what works and is safe.

i took five grams of KI a day for 2 weeks to see what would happen. i sell it so before i started i wanted to know what it would do in ignorant(children) hands.

no gut dysbiosis whatsoever. if people are afraid of Iodine they are afraid of a ghost, of their programming, of a lie.
