I tried some ab sorbic acid powder for 3 days and I felt like it was going to tear my stomach lining apart at like 9g with baking soda. I chickened out and quit. My doc told me to try these 1000 mg capsules from tapioca to bowel tolerance. They are on the way in the mail and ready to try them. How long would it take?
