Thanks!I am not feeling the cold today. I had a great morning I woke up feeling really good and was ready to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and that ruined the whole day!! I have to find another alternative to that as I can not do it. I got down 2 cups and it was making me so sick. Afterwards everything tastes like salt and it is making me not want to drink my lemonade. I feel bloated and heavy and of course it did not work as I only drank enough to make me miserable. My mouth feels coated with the salt, I tried brushing my teeth and drinking alot of water but I still get nauseated when I drink my lemonade cause it tastes like the salt. I hope this will be gone by tomorrow. Any suggestions to take the place of the SWF?
