Iodine will help you but there are VITAL rules to using iodine. DO NOT TAKE Iodine without the required co-supplements.

All the problems you hear about Iodine are the result of taking Iodine without the co-supplements. MOST VITAL is selenium L-Selenomethionine to prevent thyroid problems.
