Recreational drugs?
Alcohol?
Antibiotics ?
Prednisone?
Corticosteroids?
Did you use hormonal contraception? The pill?

Have you received any vaccines days or weeks before you got sick?

Hepatitis B vaccination?
Flu vaccine? Swine flu? Seasonal flu?
Any other vaccine?
