Ok thanks trapper, well I'm a few days on 300mg and I feel fine so I'm going to start 400mg in a few days. I can only get lugol's. I wish I could get the SSKI stuff but I thinks it's only in the US.

Trapper, if you don't mind me asking, how much of each of the co-supps do you take daily?
I'm not suffering too badly from detox so I don't know if I need to increase my dosages of the co-supps. I do have a persistent sore throat though. I'm still not taking the atp factors cause iherb is out of stock.
