Ok thats what i thought you said.. i remembered you said you took 10,000iu of something, but I could only find 400iu and wasn't sure then if it was d3 or something else. I'll save these for the kids and check the hippy store for stronger ones.
I keep forgetting magnesium too. I have a surgical procedure coming up Wednesday, so I need a good boost. I'm getting propofol instead of general anesthesia, so hopefully I can avoid the breathing tube pnemonia again.
