I am not sure about the 11.000 mg because I had taken ACV and baking soda prior that same day. Also, today I haven't reach bowel tolerance yet, although taking over 20.000 mg until now. By the way: I read your bowel tolerance is at 30,000 to 60,000 milligrams. What ascorbic acid do you take? pills or powder?
