Nope no medications, blood pressure is normal and I am measuring everything. I am warming up a bit now. I would think since I am not eating or doing anything to generate heat I would be cold. I would also think that if the fasting lowers the blood pressure that I would be somewhat cold. But I drank some more lemonade and some water and I am feeling better now. Thanks though. I have to watch myself or else I will take one thing and go oh that might be serious maybe I should quit and I will convince myself that it is terrible when in reality I am just looking for a way out. I am very hungry right now so I know me and I would fine any exscuse to say enough is enough I want a cheeseburger, get me one or I won't live!! LOL
