No, you are not wrong. I recently started taking Iodine with all the co nutrients. At first I felt great. My aches and pains vanished and my energy levels were up. However as I increased the dose I became even more hypothyroid and nearly passed out twice. I have no ceased Iodine for a while. Iodine is a wonderful supplement, but please be careful and aware that it can made hypo symptoms worse.
