Thanks for your response! I put more information on what I am trying to accomplish with the Master-Cleanse in my thanks to Rowan.

Your post has given me some things to think about however. I think I will see how the weekend goes (since this is day 5 and they say day 3-5 is usually the hardest...) and if I am still struggling, I may look into doing some juice/veggie broth fasting or something; I will check out those areas here on CureZone.
