You're supposed to do either the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or the Lax Tea every day in the morning. This is in addition to the Lax Tea at night.

I personally don't do the lax tea every night, but I try to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every day. I like the clean feeling.
