I have all the other Candida Supplements listed that are known to help. Experiment with the list to see what helps the most.
My favorite is 3 tblsp coconut oil to help my bowels.
IMO, 5,000 IU D3 is not enough. 10,000IU is the minimum if you don't get much direct sunlight. Then do your D3 blood test in 3 months to verify that your blood level is 70 to 80 ng/ml & adjust dosage up or down accordingly:
