well, remember that keeping records and knowing what they mean are two different things. many times if people feel worse they stop treatment even though the treatment making them feel worse was actually making them better and healing them up. and then there are those who have no idea what healthy feels like and when they get a taste of it it is strange and it scares them and they shy away from it.
