After the flood, a guy came in and was supposed to rebuild the wall and change out the windows.. I don't think he redid the wall but instead threw up new drywall. I'm going to get a mold test abd see what happens.. then maybe rip out a section. Something weird is going on.
Thanks for the info... gonna call right now!
