I'll go the 14 days with you. I usually follow that with 2 days of the lemonade plus fresh apple juice and do the liver flush.

We can email each other as needed and/or daily if you'd like. I have to pick up some lemons tomorrow, and I need to order more syrup for next week. I have enough to get started. I will be using the gelcaps for my cayenne.
