The trip is only one day so I was thinking maybe I could get away with saying I was not feeling well and not eating lunch. I figure I could make a days worth of drinks and put them in a back pack for the plane ride there and back. I just would not do any laxative that day. I will just have to see how things are going at that time. So have you planned another time for your fast? I am very excited and will be going shopping today for all my supplies!
