Good job! I'm just starting up this new fast, and i too was thinking of not telling others - but i already cracked.
And what jedi mind tricks did you use on your family that they didn't notice you sitting at the dinner table and Not Eating Anything? Did you sit with an empty plate or a full one and just push the food around?

Sounds like your fast was a successful one, and I hope breaking it is going well for you too - that's always been a challenging part for me.
