Hello everyone.

For about two decades I suffered from various and severe digestive issues, combined with lower back pain and a range of other varying symptoms. Three years ago I finally figured out what was the cause: starch.

A few days ago I wrote my healing story to a web site. I wish to share it, and I'm hoping that it will help someone to find a way to better health. As I'm not allowed to post links here, you can google it "Story of Starch". This is the address and the name of the web site also. It's not yet the first search result, but on the first page anyway.

The most effective solutions may sometimes be very simple :)

I wish to thank this forum also, I have found a lot of useful information here.

(The web site is personal and non-commercial, but there are ads displayed to pay for the hosting expenses, hopefully.)
