Any help here is so appreciated;

Last Feb 2013 I took Primal Defence.

For 3 weeks I thought I was cured of what I thought was a mild case of SIBO.

After 3 weeks my health took a giant turn for the worse. I developed an intolerance to all prebiotics including onions, my starchy staples like buckwheat and millet, and a high Histamine Intolerance .

I could go on; I have a hard time sleeping, my liver function has never been worse, etc...

Last fall I made some improvements with keifr, yogurt and kombucha and yams.... but then slowly over the winter it all unravelled. Since June I have had SIBO attacks every single week, and I can't find my safe place anymore.

I have recently discovered that it is very much in line with what can happen from taking bacillus subtilis, one of the BSO strains in Primal Defence.

I don't know what to do. It is terrifying. Does anyone have any suggestions?
