2 caps of cascara sagrada at night. 2 tabs perfect 7 herb tabs (they are made from senna in fig base), also soak 8 prunes in water, eat 4 at night and 4 upon waking. try to eat less for the 1st 2 days while it clears out. THESE 3 THINGS will work. i almost guarantee it. 20 years experience with psyillium Bentonite and colon cleansing.
