It sounded like you were putting pressure on yourself to do this before a wedding, which sort of gave the impression that you wanted to lost a lot of weight before the wedding. TO use the Master-Cleanse as a jumpstart to healthier eating is a great goal, good luck to you! And you will lose some weight, although other diets (like the negative calories diets such as the cabbage soup diet) are better for weight loss alone.
