I'm not really sure how to use crystals. I meditate a lot on the beach and practice tai chi and I know everything seems to vibrate in a specific way. Are there preferred ways to use crystals ? Is it better to meditate while holding them in your hand or can you just carry them in your pocket while you meditate ? Thanks for posting have a good day!
