That would establish you as legitimate at least in intention to help. What you have to say may or may not be accepted as the cause and the cure.

At the very least you should offer what you think the cause is in specific details.

You are not making any money the way you are going. You are not garnering good will the way you are going.

Don't you need all the good will you can get?
