I did EXACTLY the same thing you did when I first got hit with the DX. Some stuff I did want to "understand" because it just made me more scared. Green tea is great and the Japanese macha is even more potent, but whatever. Go with your heart. The Gerson sounds good and appeals to me very much. A couple of books I liked. Anti-Cancer: A New Way of Life and The Biology of Belief. Just Google them and surf your way thru. Can't think of the authors right now. Those two gave me lots of hope and understanding. Also Radical Remission (gotta get that one). These are book to keep. Best to you. Thriving with mets since August of 2013. Just finished Abraxane, 6 treatments, Stopped working. So I can see the road. It seems like continuous chemo which will extend my life at what cost? So far I'm okay, but it's getting to me. So seriously thinking about radical juicing if I have the courage. Alternative with Carrots only, then maybe Kale. We'll see.Keep the faith PM. Love to all here. xoxoxoxo
