Hi,
I use 10-20g of lactulose per day for couple of weeks now.
Since then i ve really strong gasses some time after a single dose of lactulose. I'd like to know - what kind of sign couldd it be? As we know, lactulose feeds also gram-positive bacteria such us Clostridia. Could gasses be a bad sign, or could it be just a effect of good microflora fermentation and that's a good sign?
