Congratulations! One mighty fasting cycle and great results.

If I may correct a little on what you said: Soviets studied fasting somewhere in 1950's with tens of thousands of patients cataloging what is curable by Water Fasting and what is not.

Suicidal Depression was one of the conditions that was marked as curable. In general it took around three weeks for suicidal tendencies to dissappear.

Although they did not mention if the cure is temporary but the word "cure" has some permanent attributes in it so I'd carefully assume it as a lasting result. And fasting / ketones fix your brains too.
