Also you'd be amazed at the number of people i have spoken to who got this odour condition from holding their poop in for different reasons like you mentioned. It's never a good thing obviously to do this as it just increases transit time and you'll get fermentation, which in my opinion is the likely cause of your increased body heat. That was one of my biggest symptoms too. The heat was so annoying. My back area was just like constantly on fire.
