Actually, yes. My daughter is concerned with her problems and would like to do what she can to help herself. She speaks of diets and even tries to go without eating - which I put a stop to. She took Ritalin for a while until I saw how devistating it was on her system. She says she would have died if she kept taking it. This is why I am looking for a more safe and natural route for her. I plan on discussing all I find out with her...I do not intend to force her to do anything she isn't comfortable with.
