Thank you for your response. I read the information you'd posted about vitamin C with interest.

This triggered a memory; when I was in great health, I remember preaching to family (all allopathic doctors) about the wonderful benefits of taking high doses of vitamin C.

I don't remember what I had read at that time, but I know I was in great health and employing a large variety of good health measures.

Thanks... I am taking C-500 daily, in addition to multivitamins, and will upgrade my dosage.

Kefir helping an enormous lot too.
