28 days wow...that is truly amazing. i am breaking my fast today as well. i definitely got what i needed to get out of this fast. later today after i finally fall asleep(i have been on like 4 hours of sleep each night the last 4-5 nights) i am going to post something similar to what you did to provide some basic info and some of my experience as well as the reaction from how i break my fast.
I am really really glad to have shared all this with you 2 along my way. in all my fasts i have never tagged along with anyone online that was fasting as well and it was something i very much enjoyed and it got me thru a few days that i was not feeling good at all. you really cracked me up that's for sure. sorry that you have been feeling down but i hope you know that you're a great person, very funny, very caring, and very smart. i too deal with depression(comes and goes) but i guess what gets me thru it is just knowing that i am a decent person and although i dont feel like i am always satisfied or i feel like i want more out of life than i can obtain i just have to have faith that i am just where i need to be, just when i need to be here, and doing just what i need to do in order to grow as a person and whatever form that takes i have to think it is for some purpose.
anywho...
