This is one reason I dont believe in vitamin pills anymore. Vitamin are supposed to work together with a complex of nutrients not just be isolated.

If you cant get sunlight perhaps try some cod liver oil. Personally I like sardines or pickled herring. Lots of Vitamin D, plus iodine, selenium, etc. etc. etc
